Yoga Autumn Series

  • Begins: September 5th, 2023.

  • Classes are Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 9am – 9:30am. 

  • Classes offered: Chair Yoga & Power Yoga.

  • $2 per class, per person.

  • You do not have to commit to all classes. It is 100% up to you if you decide to participate in one, some, or all!

  • All you need is comfy clothes, water, & a mat (we do have 5 mats available for use).
