Yoga Autumn Series

  • Begins: Next series TBA

  • Classes are Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 9am – 9:30am. 

  • Classes offered: Chair Yoga & Power Yoga.

  • $2 per class, per person.

  • All you need is comfy clothes, water, & a mat (we do have mats available for use).
