Here is a look at the construction site for the new ramp, platform, steps and sidewalk.  We have waited a long time for this to take place and we are very excited to see the finished product.

So many changes have taken place inside of the library.  We will soon add a video showing the changes and where we have moved some of our books to make access easier.

Brian Saucier Construction added the railing Thursday July 27.  We have a beautiful upgrade which is now ADA handicap compliant with a wider ramp and a larger platform.  We should even have a new lawn in place by August Festival time.

Duane Thompson's Masonry has made great progress on the new steps, ramp, and sidewalk.  The first couple of days, it was very hazardous to open the front door!  It was a long way down with the first step.  We will update with more pictures as the work progresses.

So many old books on crowded shelves both upstairs and down.  So many trips to move books, box books, delete books from the computer system.  It has been a long, hard process, but we hope you will enjoy the new, easy access to the shelves with lots of display room for newer additions.
